Your payment information is handled with care. All transactions are encrypted and processed through trusted payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details—those are handled securely by our payment partners.

When you place an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you have selected.

For your safety, Whygossip will never ask you to send payment through unofficial channels, such as direct transfers to personal accounts or gift cards. If anything ever feels unclear, please contact us before paying.

Currency

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. If you are shopping from outside that currency’s region, your bank or payment provider may convert the charge into your local currency. Any exchange rates or conversion fees are set by your bank or card issuer, not by us.

When You’re Charged

Depending on the payment method you choose, payment may be taken when you place your order or completed during checkout.

If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. You are welcome to try another payment method.

If a Payment Doesn’t Go Through

If your payment is not successful, here are a few things to check:

• Confirm your card has not expired and has sufficient funds.

• Try a different payment method or browser.

• Contact your bank if the payment is still declined.

If you were charged but did not receive an order confirmation, please contact us with your order details and payment information. We’ll help you sort it out.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once processed, it may take some time for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This page and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

The parties agree that the courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this page. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to proceedings in such courts on the grounds of venue or inconvenient forum.

Nothing in this section shall prevent us from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property or confidential information.
