4. Your Account

You may be able to create an account with Whygossip. If you do, you are responsible for keeping your account details—including your password—private and secure. You are also responsible for anything that happens under your account. Please tell us right away if you believe someone has used your account without permission. We may suspend or close accounts at our discretion.

5. Products and Availability

We do our best to display our products clearly and accurately. However, colors, fabrics, textures, and details may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings, and lighting. Product descriptions and availability may change without notice.

We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at any time. While we work hard to be accurate, there may occasionally be errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability. If we discover an error, we may correct it and cancel or adjust your order accordingly.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping fees, or customs duties, which may be added at checkout or charged upon delivery. These charges are your responsibility.

We accept the payment methods listed on our Payment Methods page. By providing payment information, you confirm that you have the legal right to use the payment method selected. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable amount for your order.

We use trusted third-party payment providers to process transactions. We do not store your full payment card details. If your payment is declined or cannot be processed, your order may be canceled.

7. Order Placement and Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the items in your order. We may send you an order confirmation email, but this does not mean we have accepted your order. Our acceptance occurs when we ship your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms. If we cancel your order after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times provided on the Site are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier, to the extent permitted by law.

For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

9. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for details on returns, exchanges, and refunds. In general, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with original tags and packaging where applicable. Certain items may be final sale and not eligible for return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take a reasonable period to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

10. Product Care

To help your Whygossip pieces last, please follow the care instructions provided with your order or on the product page. General recommendations include washing with like colors, avoiding high heat, and following the specific instructions for each fabric. If you have questions about caring for a particular item, please contact us.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, designs, and software—belongs to Whygossip or its content suppliers. It is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our written permission.

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

12. Your Content

You may be able to submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you give Whygossip a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, and display that content in any media.

You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to submit your User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or laws. We may remove any User Content at our discretion.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

The parties agree that the courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to proceedings in such courts on the grounds of venue or inconvenient forum.

Nothing in this section prevents us from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property or confidential information.

19. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.
